Found a metal foreign object stitched into the cushion/upholstery of our new sofa🤯 not quite sure how this one passed quality control check? We’re left waiting another week for a technician to attend just to see if they can repair or send us a new one🙃 not happy @Sofology

@Sofology I wait 16 weeks for my sofa and waited in all day yesterday for the arranged delivery, tracked the delivery and it suddenly says we couldn't delivery today, no phone call or reason phoned customer support they couldn't help either #notimpressed

@Sofology worst customer service I’ve experienced in long time. I was supposed to receive my sofa suite today however due to YOUR incompetence putting the incorrect delivery address I’m told I won’t get it today, probably not tomorrow and nobody has phoned me back. Disgraceful.
