@SonyLIV Why do you different sound levels for shows and ads. We have to mute everytime an ad comes while watching a show. And you have 3 ads every 5 mins. Why do we pay a subscription if you are going to play so many ads. #sonyliv #ott #ads

Hey @SonyLIV, I have taken a Yearly Subscription but still after watching a TV show on Sonyliv it shows me an advertisement after every 5 minutes as you can see on the bottom right corner “Ad starts in 2”. Can you pls assist me with it. 🙏🏻
