Infamous for his dancing and art with the @therascalz The Rascalz are a legendary Canadian hip-hop crew from Vancouver, known for helping put Canadian hip-hop on the map in the 1990s He was also a featured dancer in some music videos with @kosinception

Down another 10 lbs in December. That's 31.4 lbs total since ApeFest (October). Definitely stronger and the clothes are fitting looser. This month I start hitting the weights again!
