Now, the band is set to release the After the Astronaut album with its original recordings as they initially intended to. It's coming out on June 26th, with first single "Jet Fighter" out now.

Butthole Surfers released Electriclarryland with the surprise hit "Pepper" back in 1996 and intended to follow it up with After the Astronaut. Well, the band switched labels, who asked them to rework the album they presented, and it ended up becoming 2001's Weird Revolution.
