Sunday Morning 10K Run 🏃🏽‍♂️ Weather conditions are not great for running 🥵, so went out earlier than usual & stuck to a lower pace. Ended up woth my best 'zone 2' run so far! 😃

In Hyderabad, at a conference (#SRNMCON2026). Decided to checkout a near by park in the morning - Durgam Cheruvu. Ran about 9 km and then walked back. The park is still a work in progress.

@divyaa24 I am increasingly convinced that 'CKDu' is not 'one' entity. While the phenotype may be somewhat similar (but not identical), we are likely dealing with different aetio-pathogeneses across geographies. #CKDu @Shuchi_Anand @bencaplin2

@divyaa24 We do see hypokalemia, but it is not frequent enough to be considered 'characteristic'. Hyponatremia is described by Dr Vinay Rathore from Chhattisgarh, but we rarely, if ever, encounter it in CKDu.

Sunday Morning 15 K run 🏃 The run was marred by stray dogs coming after me at the section passing through the Irumbai village (at the destination).

@DrCherin Yeah, it is almost entirely unpaved path inside the 'wilderness' of Auroville. At some sections we need to be careful because the path is un-even. The half-marathon started at 6:00am & we had to use torch, because it was still dark!
