Learn how to sum up from an expert diplomat MJ Akbar. "PM .@narendramodi didn't compromise on India's economy & self-respect. US has now seen cumulative impact of India's stance. Future of India- US relations will be on even more stable keel" PM Modi Ji has laid नींव of EQUITABLE TERMS for forever future. Bharat need not accept bullying of US ever in future. That's the biggest achievement of this 'nearly finalised' Bharat-US #TradeDeal. "Congress is run by a knee-jerk response where negativity is its only policy."— MJ Akbar adds.

@ShivAroor India has still not sued these scoundrels who blamed our brave and experienced pilot for the crash which my intuition says was a sabotage done in the UK by Paki ground staff and infiltrators. It is a shame. Something to learn from Trump here (BBC). x.com/aravind/status…
Aravind@aravind

I hope Air India or Indian Pilot Association sues the Daily Mail in the UK. And GoI bans it in India. Including its social media. But I can only dream as we all know most probably these two things won't happen. That's the sad part.

This is GOOSEBUMPS. Don't miss Arnab's splendid take on #TradeDeal — Has Narendra Modi sort of achieved an extremely, what people saw as IMPOSSIBLE? Has he achieved a Huge Diplomatic & Economic Victory in the process? And look at what Modi has secured for India. He's secured a BETTER DEAL THAN JAPAN. He's secured a BETTER DEAL THAN SOUTH KOREA. He's secured a BETTER DEAL THAN THE EUROPEAN UNION. He's secured a BETTER DEAL THAN THE UNITED KINGDOM. And he's only done that because HE HELD ON. HE DIDN'T GIVE IN. He didn't give in any of the way. He just STOOD THERE LIKE A ROCK. And he said, I'M NOT NEGOTIATING💀 I'm going to hold on. I'm going to sign the deal with NEW ZEALAND. I'm going to sign the deal with AUSTRALIA. I'm going to sign the deal with the EUROPEAN UNION. I'm going to sign the deal with the UNITED KINGDOM. — I'm going to make AMERICA WAIT and America realize that WE WERE NOT WEAKENING. We're going to get this behind us. But what I've liked about the whole process, if you tell me what has happened in this whole period of getting it down from 50% TO 18%, I repeat again the BIG HEADLINE TODAY. And TOMORROW THE STOCK MARKETS ARE GOING TO BOOM. (Video Credits: Republic Media Network)

Huge Huge Breaking Guys this is as massive as possible Air India 787 Dreamliner grounded after fuel switch moves from 'Run' to 'Cutoff' on Heathrow-Bengaluru flight Pilot highlighted the snag Airline says it's "aware of possible switch defect" Now what ? 1. Boeing tried blaming our pilots few days back on the accident ? 2. So pilot’s family’s stand is vindicated ? 3. I personally won’t fly in a Dreamliner now till the time I get a clarity from the company ? 4. India should take aggressive stand & seek more replies 5. This is Huge twist to AI171 probe & 'pilot suicide' narrative? 6. This is eventually biggest news in aviation industry in fact as on today 7. If switches start moving from ‘Run to Cut Off’ then any plane can automatically come down from mid air ? Boeing has to answer Period

Divorce rates are high in this generation for one simple reason. People don't understand what marriage actually is. Social media made everyone believe there's always someone better out there, a richer man, a prettier woman, a more exciting life, but comparison kills loyalty. People want weddings, not marriages. They'll spend months planning a ceremony and zero time learning how to communicate when things get hard. Nobody knows how to argue anymore. They yell, they shut down, they run instead of learning how to fight for each other. Money pressure exposes weak foundations. Instead of building together, couples turn on each other, men stop leading, women stop respecting their men, temptation is everywhere. Now everyone uses therapy words to escape accountability. Everything is toxic, everything is trauma. Nothing is ever their fault. There's no community pressure to stay married anymore. No elders saying work it out. Just friends saying leave. You deserve better. Kids became optional, sacrifice became outdated and vows became suggestions. Marriage used to mean I'll suffer with you. Now it means I'll stay as long as I'm happy. And that's why divorce is high. Because people don't know how to suffer together. They only know how to quit when excitement is no longer there. We are in the trenches!!

She thought it was just a headache. A 25-year-old woman walked into my clinic one afternoon, alone. She had been having headaches for a week. It was left-sided, severe, unlike anything she had experienced before. Life had been busy. Work deadlines. Missed sleep. She did what most young people do; she blamed stress. She even decided to get a head massage. On the way, she briefly thought of consulting me. When she described her pain, something felt off. This was not a simple tension headache. The pain was severe enough to wake her from sleep. She woke up with headaches in the morning. These are not symptoms doctors ignore. I suggested a brain scan-just to be sure. She hesitated. Young. Otherwise healthy. “Is it really necessary?” her eyes seemed to ask. Reluctantly, she agreed. Some reports change lives. When the scan arrived, it was not what either of us expected. A brain tumor. As I explained the findings, her world quietly collapsed. Then she spoke-softly. She had just gotten engaged. Her wedding was planned in two months. Questions flooded her mind. What would she tell her fiancé? Would the wedding be cancelled? Would her life ever be normal again? She had come alone. No parents. No family. Just courage. I reassured her and asked her to return with her parents. When they came back, we spoke calmly, about the diagnosis, the need for surgery, and the road ahead. A neurosurgical opinion was taken immediately. Surgery was planned the next day. Waiting is often harder than surgery. The operation went well. Now came the hardest part-waiting for the biopsy report. Hours feel like days when you are waiting for answers that can redefine a future. When the report finally arrived, it brought relief, tears, and hope. Meningioma. A benign tumor. A tumor with an excellent prognosis. A tumor that could be cured. A future that was still intact. Her fiancé stood by her; unwavering, steady, present; from day one. She was discharged within a week. Life slowly found its rhythm again. One year later. I had almost forgotten the case when, one day, she walked into my OPD. This time, she wasn’t alone. Her husband stood beside her. Her face carried a glow that only peace brings. “Doctor,” she smiled, “We got married three months ago. I’m completely fine now. We are so happy.” In moments like these, medicine feels like a privilege. Take-home messages For the general public: 1. Not every headache is harmless. Red flags matter: headache waking you from sleep, early morning headaches, worsening pain. 2. Young age does not protect you from serious illness. 3. Early consultation saves lives; and futures. 4. A diagnosis is not the end of hope. Many brain tumors are treatable and curable. For junior doctors: 1. Listen carefully. Patterns matter more than labels. 2. Do not dismiss symptoms because the patient is young. 3. Imaging “just to be sure” can change outcomes. 4. Compassion and reassurance are as powerful as prescriptions. Sometimes, all it takes is one careful question, one timely scan, and one moment of courage; to turn fear into a future. At 75 years of age—a time when most people choose comfort and rest—N.S. Rajappan has chosen a responsibility far greater than himself. For nearly a decade, this remarkable man has been cleaning plastic waste from Vembanad Lake in Kerala. Polio struck him when he was just five. Everything below his knees is paralysed, and he hasn’t walked since. Yet his determination is stronger than that of many able-bodied people. Every day, he rents a small boat and rows it using just one paddle. From morning till evening, he collects the plastic dumped into the lake. “They pay me ₹12 for every kilo of plastic I gather,” he says. It’s not enough to live on comfortably, but it’s enough for him to keep going—and enough for him to keep the lake clean. Rajappan lives in a tiny house beside his sister’s home. She cooks for him, but beyond that, he depends on no one. He does all his other chores himself and earns his own livelihood with dignity. During the 2018 floods, his house was washed away completely. Yet he never asked for help. For weeks, he lived in his boat—quietly, courageously. Is this what true patriotism looks like? Maybe this is the real love for one’s country. #Inspiration #India #UnsungHero

A Seeker Asked Patanjali: How can I get rid of anxiety or depression from my life? What if the struggle is not anxiety… but the way we see it? The teachings of Maharishi Patanjali reveal a powerful insight: you are not your thoughts — you are the one observing them. Ancient yoga philosophy explains that pure consciousness, often called the “seer,” watches the mind and its movements from a deeper level of awareness. When anxiety appears, people often say, “I am afraid” or “I am stressed.” But yogic wisdom suggests something different — the witness is not the thought itself. By stepping back and watching mental activity, you recognize that thoughts are temporary events rather than your identity. The Yoga Sutras also describe how disturbances such as pain, negative thinking, and anxiety signal interruptions in mental clarity, often connected to restless patterns of thought. From this perspective, the mind is a tool — not who you are. When you see mental patterns as processes that “come and go,” you are less likely to be overwhelmed by them. Meditative traditions therefore encourage simple observation: notice thoughts honestly without suppressing them, because awareness weakens their control and helps you move beyond the mental process toward deeper consciousness. This video explores that timeless message — a shift from reacting to observing — pointing toward inner steadiness in a fast and noisy world. ⸻ Source: Based on the philosophical teachings of the Yoga Sutras, which describe pure consciousness as the “seer” observing the mind and explain how awareness reduces the grip of troubling thoughts.
