Despite all this, Rahul Gandhi continues to uphold his friendship with MK Stalin to this day, he desires for the DMK to remain in an Alliance with the Congress at the National level, given that our ideologies are aligned. I was sitting with a neighbour I casually hang out with over tea or drinks and she mentioned how happy she was that Mamata lost and BJP won, saying her friends in Kolkata were celebrating.
