@LiamKHFC Liam I partly get your point but this is the very easy bit - ref made the decisions and then somehow did not remember them if it’s true that the 4th reminded him then this is slightly more serious - as one would then question why have a 4th what’s the purpose ?

@StephenCleeve So every questionable foul, booking, sending off, offside goal throughout the season should have the whole game replayed. Human error is part of football at this level which is why we all like it, sometimes you get the poor decision sometimes you don’t. Fuck VAR.

STOP PRESS - the sending off that never was sees Howkins given a ban for 1 game (next season) So fair play to the referee whose report must have confirmed the 2 yellow cards - I also understand that Curzon, Bedford,Alfreton and Lynn all put in complaints what will the FA do?

@2006kean @tigerroarcouk good question the rules rarely revisit referees decisions unless it’s a matter of mistaken identity which this technically is of course - these are the easy parts to vet right as a referee not the debatable issues

@ELTaylor94 @StephenCleeve Sat in the away end, with a clearer side on view, soft or not, there was a clear push which caused our player to fall, which equals a penalty. If awarded and scored who knows how the game would have gone. I'm not having a go at Hereford, just the officials.

Same game same defender and another decision that did not go Marine’s way - I think this is a penalty am I alone?

@BigGeeGee1 @sandshufc @LiamKHFC Interesting thread the issue is that they would need to decide very quickly as if game was to be replayed then i doubt Marine would want to pay an extra weeks wages plus player holiday clashes etc - if they have looked at it they should really advise - FA not league decision

@garysetchell agree it’s best to be in our position rather than anyone else’s as at least we know if we get a point we are probably safe, the other alternative is that other teams may win and it won’t be enough

The truth is the people now coming in to media have no respect for tradition. @AlanLeighton60 No I have no idea of how or why but if the league gave a point deduction tha relegated Lynn I have no doubt that they would challenge it in court - it would be appealed maybe end up at CAS and have ramifications for next seasons fixture compilation -
