I honestly don't think anyone is giving up on Saka. But he's not beyond being benched. I'm sure his form will come back at some point but maybe right now he needs to be managed differently to find his form again, maybe as an impact sub. I also think being captain is a responsibility he can do without whilst he finds that form. He can do without that an focus on getting back to the player we know an love.
