First chart shows the spread between current and new one... as an owner of #USO you pay this what they call "slippage" as they roll into new contract. It is usually around 3% toll... so in a year like 36% or more... remember "regulators" were so upset about Libor and 0.01% move ... but never proved any coordination.. well this one makes billions for ETF managers and they are all blind to it.
