What a journey!
Steam is a huge milestone for Origins, massively increasing the accessibility of the game, and making it easier than ever for old fans to jump right in.
Huge shoutout to all Habbos, content creators, and content developers who’ve helped us out along the way.

🔧 Tomorrow's giga update! hey hey HEY Origins community hope you are all very very well this morning / afternoon / evening. @SulakeDominic has been hammering out stuff for Habbo Hotel: Origins' release on Steam, and we're now in a position to say that we're launching on Steam tomorrow 🔥🔥 but that's not it! there's also a couple more really nice new features coming in tomorrow's update, too: 🛒 Shopping carts for the Gardening Shop. 🎟️ A trial period for "Short Stay" furni – basically furni you can rent for a short period with Stamps. This will be polled before it's added separately, so watch out for the article about that. check the pic below to see what we're talking about 📷 tomorrow will also be when we drop the rare that was scheduled for today (sorry about that – the update prep really consumed us today, yikes).

Hey @SulakeJohno, how are you? My case is as follows: whenever I try to make a purchase using PIX as a payment method, I receive a message saying that the payment system is blocked for me. Just below there is a button that in theory would open a ticket with Paymentwall for a possible regularization in the system. However, I have already tried to contact them and send the requested documentation, but they always reject it, saying that it is not accepted.

I want to express how deeply disappointed I am with @habbo @HabboPTBR regarding my situation. On 18.06.24, I sent my first ticket about the issue I’ve been facing: I can’t add friends, I can’t send messages, and my friends can’t see me on their friend lists or message me.

@SulakeJohno, today the double currency offer was released, but I can't buy it because I still have access to the PIX payment option blocked and for some reason they also removed Boleto and Bank Transfer a few days ago... Can you help us? 😥

@SulakeJohno @IniokHabbo @AnticonHabbo @Habbo @HabboPTBR @WeAreAzerion @Teunenbroek As an alternative, I need to use the Bank Transfer payment method, which in practice is the same as PIX and intermediated by Paymentwall, but the final value is different from that presented by the offer, thus charging a fee not mentioned previously.

Usuário não consegue comprar via pix sem taxa, pois foi bloqueado e não tem solução por parte do jogo e por parte da paymentwall.
Para comprar via pix? Só pagando a taxa.

@HB_Natan @IniokHabbo @AnticonHabbo @Habbo @HabboPTBR @WeAreAzerion @Teunenbroek We’ve investigated the extra fees you encountered and found they are a tax in Brazil applied by your payment method (Transferência Bancária). These fees are added after you’re redirected to the provider’s page, and neither Sulake nor Paymentwall has control over them ☹️
