@SuperSwipe I never got an email saying I wasn’t selected. Does that mean your system thought I was a bot? I had to enter via a VPN (popular brand).

@itsalexle @RaffyCollects SHOP shows entries as real orders in their app. We don't advise checking your entries through SHOP and we will update this in the future so it does not show

@emob_ Everyone has the same chances on each draw. We don't nerf your account just because you won a draw before. New draw = odds reset. With each SKU drawn, everyone had a fair chance.

So basically what I’m seeing is ppl either won both pairs or no pairs from the TS website. The chances of this many ppl being selected for BOTH after so many entries makes this whole thing very suspicious, esp for a platform that advertises better fairness than its competitor.🤷🏼‍♀️

He won one pair of the men’s Muslin pink and one pair of the men’s tropical pink and one kids pairs of each color way I get what you’re saying but technically those were all different raffles

@abadra90 @Ose_cuervo @bri7519 The screenshot the user posted are simply entries not wins. Entries that aren't charged still show up in SHOP app and get canceled / filtered automatically. Users abusing the system automatically get filtered.

@RaffyCollects @SuperSwipe I was able to secure one pair and got the email confirmation but I checked my shop app and it shows I secured 3, is this a bug or did I just get that lucky?!! Mind you I only got charged for 1

@emob_ @_p4u1wi1m4r_ @CB_shoe @Shopify Of course we have things to improve on next drop and we will only get better, but the main error of people not being able to get through the queue was a Shopify error. Shopify has confirmed this to us.

@emob_ @_p4u1wi1m4r_ @CB_shoe @Shopify Everything ran as planned when queue was lifted. If they pass the cart after queue to our product type there would be no issue.
