THAT SAID:
I recently realized how much of an outlier this is. The 2005 study “A multinational population survey of intravaginal ejaculation latency time” timed 500 couples’ penetrative vaginal sex times and the LONGEST session of all 500 couples was 44 minutes.
My AVERAGE is longer than that!
Maybe I overcompensated. I didn’t start having sex until I was 23 and figured I needed to be really, really good at sex or else maybe girls wouldn’t want to stay with me.
Well, I can say that it definitely does get women addicted to you.
Getting women to stay has never been a problem (I have never been broken up with).
Also though: I have rarely had women complain about it being ‘too much’ like this woman is.

Anyway, I guess most guys don’t care about lasting a really long time or else guys like this guy and I wouldn’t be outliers.
But just in case you do care:
• Take breaks if you’re getting too excited. Take enough breaks and you’ll basically stop getting excited to the point of almost ejaculating, and at that point you can basically go forever.
• Learn to distract yourself by mentally reenacting something exciting but non-sexual. I have a few good sports games in my memory from my sports-watching days and use those. Helps calm you when you’re getting too excited.
• Focus on positions the girl won’t get tired in. This makes it a lot easier to go for longer. Every now and then you can switch up into more tiring positions for her (doggy, cowgirl, etc.) for a little variety.
• Get really good at rhythm, it is the key to making women climax. That and both clitoral & deep vaginal stimulation. Learn positions where you can achieve both (pelvic rubbing for the clitoral stimulation).
• If you have the chafing problem, where you start to chafe after 40 minutes or so, she is probably pushing you out of her every time she cums (squirters can start to do this to squirt a lot more with each orgasm). Train her to stop pushing you out and tell her she instead needs to pull you in. The chafing will stop.
