David Eby & the NDP promised an education assistant in every K-3 classroom — instead, thanks to NDP budget shortfalls, school districts are losing valuable teachers & EA's.
The NDP must provide funding to adequately retain & hire teachers & EA's to meet the needs of all students.

Wouldn't it be great if teachers & staff could take sick days & know there will be a sub to cover their class? Each day, about 100 classes have no sub - students can lose learning supports, library access & music classes.
