Went to get some food last night in the wider Pasadena area, safe in the knowledge we were very far away from the Palisades fire. Could never have imagined we would witness the new Eaton fire raging right in front of our eyes. Truly devastating to see LA and California in flames. The journey home though, was a roller coaster of emotions. While my husband drove calmly and found a route out of the heat, I was not so calm. In fact, I was absolutely full blown terrified. For a split second, I wasn’t sure we would make it out. Heartbroken for everyone affected

On #RestartAHeartDay our CEO @simonmgillespie showcases the importance of CPR on @VictoriaLIVE this morning. There are over 30,000 cardiac arrests outside of hospital every year, and without CPR the chances of surviving cardiac arrest are zero.
