At @esportdanmark general assembly on April 25. in Herning, a new, strong board of directors was elected, bringing together a solid combination of expertise within community organizations, business, and digital development. The newly elected board members will particularly contribute to strengthening efforts in: closer collaboration with the Danish game development industry a stronger social initiative focusing on community and well-being increased focus on women and diversity in esports This provides a strong foundation for developing esports in Denmark both as an association-based activity and as part of broader digital education and societal challenges. The new board consists of @lasse1992 as chairman (re-elected) and @JensBouet continuing as vice chairman. In addition, @SBynge and Søren Gravgaard have been re-elected, while Stephan Normann and @P_Thorslund continue as board members. New members joining the board are Louise Gade Ellekrog (part of KFUM’s Social Work), Emma Øgaard Nielsen (@GatorGamingDK - Denmark’s largest esports association for women), and Niels A. @AlexZapatos that's true, on half-open nets it can sometimes be literally the only way to score

@TempoH_RL true, but it will always be effective in catching defenders out of position if you're pushing the ball downfield in a counter attack or something like that. there's not much a defender can do if you just sling the ball in their net faster than they can get there

FINALLY a pro uses the luther flick. there is literally no reason why these players should have slept on this for years

@AlexZapatos I've def seen some people use it in EU, but if it were to become more normal I think it would just become easily defendable. If you get used to recognizing it, the only thing you have to do it wait back for the ball to pinch into you xD

@TempoH_RL oh yeah for sure it’s hard to find opportunities for it in 3s, but even in high level 1s and 2s i see NO ONE using it in NA. maybe it’s different in EU but i haven’t seen anything that proves otherwise
