Ilária Lindalva da Silva, de 40 anos, foi presa novamente na manhã desta quinta-feira (16), em Caruaru (PE), após voltar a cometer racismo contra o mesmo menino de 10 anos que já havia sido vítima de ataques anteriores.
Segundo a Polícia Civil, Ilária passou quase dois anos presa pelos crimes de injúria e racismo contra a criança e seus familiares. Há cerca de dois meses, ela deixou o presídio beneficiada com prisão domiciliar, usando tornozeleira eletrônica, e deveria cumprir a medida cautelar em Riacho das Almas.
De acordo com as investigações, porém, ela retornou ao bairro Cidade Jardim, onde voltou a atormentar a família e chamou novamente o menino de “macaco”.
Ilária Lindalva da Silva foi presa em flagrante pelos crimes de racismo, ameaça e injúria e será apresentada em audiência de custódia.
