Why is Royal Mail’s cyber attack not being covered on the news? It’s what, day 12-13 of not being able to ship abroad and it is crushing businesses down! Very confused why this isn’t being covered and why nothing seems to have changed in well over a week

@Etsy You have done nothing for UK customers affected by the Royal Mail cyber attack. Orders have gone past delivery times through no fault of ours. I've now refunded and lost over £300.

We are still waiting to be allowed to post any non-uk parcels after Royal Mail's cyber attack a couple of weeks ago and you can see the backlog is really starting to pile up! It's looking likely hopefully by the end of the week we might be able to start … instagr.am/p/CnzTg9TqmKS/

@alexkurtagic Yes, I saw this last week but no suggestion of an alternative service for U.K. businesses. How about directing us to Parcel Force and RM picking up the additional charge?

@TextileGarden The Royal Mail’s website says they’ve resumed exporting parcels from Northern Ireland to Ireland, but are still advising customers *not* to submit new parcels for export. So clearly they’ve yet to resolve the issue. Horrendous.

At the post office this afternoon they told me that there’s no international mail today until further notice because the Royal Mail has been hacked and are being held to ransom. Been the case since the 12 January. You’d think they’d have the very best in cybersecurity!
