@madeinroath2023 @nothumanhead If we were looking to preserve some of the heritage in Wales, you'd think there'd be some form of legislation preventing amazing Welsh buildings such as this from being left derelict before quickly being sold off for more "luxury apartments" the local community can't afford.

@nothumanhead Also, community assettransfers take time, w/the Roath Park pub,new owner said he'd talk to us,but wanted to see the money in our account in a totally unrealistic timeframe. So he could say he'd 'tried' to work with the community, before going ahead with more flats, so depressing
