@_Kuraiinu What I’ve sometimes done is use synthV on a rap setting and then vocalign a vocaloid to the synth performance 🎶

Just a heads up! Content ID is now part of my channel infrastructure.
If you ever get a claim on one of my songs and need it released, feel free to message me on any platform. It’s never a bother, and you can message as many times as needed until it’s resolved ❤️
I want people to be able to use my music without stress, so don’t hesitate to reach out! 🎶❤️✨

I want to talk about the Undertale and Deltarune copyright claims situation with Materia, because it is affecting me directly and I’m seeing a lot of muddy discourse.
I make Undertale and Deltarune covers because I genuinely love the music and the community. But with the recent claims, it’s becoming financially unsustainable to keep making them.
YouTube is already a tough platform for music covers income wise. Spotify is where most of my revenue actually comes from. The problem is I can’t reliably get the licensing anymore for my Spotify releases, and without a workable licensing path, I’m stuck in a limbo where I either take the risk or stop releasing them. Neither option is great.
To be clear, I’m not saying rights holders can’t claim the compositions. They absolutely can. I get it. I’m not mad at the existence of rights management. I’m frustrated at how hard it is for good faith creators to do things properly, communicate with a human, and keep making the art we love without it becoming a financial loss.
I also want to say this: I don’t think one person should be treated like a cartoon villain for doing their job. But the system right now makes creators feel punished and makes the rights admin team the lightning rod. That’s not healthy for anyone.
I’d happily pay for a clear, consistent license, or opt into an official revenue share model, if there was an easy way to do it. What I want is a simple path that lets creators be compliant and lets rights holders get paid without turning this into a constant fight.
Until that exists, I may have to step back from Undertale and Deltarune covers, which sucks to say, because I love making them.

Same with my vids. Materia appears to be going after everything Deltarune related. I have theories as to why
RetroSpecter@RetroSpecter_
5 of my Undertale/Deltarune remixes got claimed out of nowhere by Materia, despite having cover licenses for them for months/years. Not sure why this is happening now when some haven't been claimed for over half a decade? Is any other cover artist/remixer having this issue?

I’m restructuring the channel to give it the best chance it has long term, without losing the ability to keep making art at all. Part of that means being more intentional about where my limited budget goes.
Thumbnails matter a lot right now, so I’m looking to work with an illustrator on a weekly or bi-weekly basis for character-focused anime thumbnail art.
Budget: around $50 per piece
Scope: headshot or bust-up character illustrations, stylized and expressive, designed to read clearly at thumbnail size
Usage: YouTube thumbnails for my music and gaming-related videos
If this sounds like a fit for you, or if you know an artist whose work would suit this kind of format, feel free to share links or reach out. I’m especially interested in building an ongoing relationship rather than one-off pieces.
I want to be upfront: this isn’t a replacement for larger commissions or full animations. It’s me trying to build a sustainable pipeline that keeps humans involved in the process while still letting the channel survive in the current algorithm.
Thanks for sticking with me while I figure out how to keep this thing alive in a way that still feels human.

@ThaiMcGrath @Fishyfink does an incredible Noelle! She’s Emily on my hazbin parody project and that is super close to what I imagine Noelle sounding like youtu.be/jNm4WiYBTRM
