@hulu_support Since the increase it’s no longer acceptable that ONLY MSNBC on my service freezes and fails to load. I called support this morning & went over everything with “Beau”. His response, guess you should cancel. What great support! Beware everyone, took 2 days to get thru & told this!

@hulu_support only MSNBC freezes and fails to load. Since the pay increase this isn’t acceptable anymore. Called support, went thru everything with “Beau” he said, guess if it doesn’t work you should cancel. Guess so. Used to be good service but BEWARE of Hulu live TV support!
