@tbone035 Hi Tony, was this extra node rented from us? If so, I'd recommend giving our team a call on our usual number of 01225 300370 to troubleshoot this. I'd recommend contacting the manufacturer if the node is one bought by yourself.

@theTRUESPEED I have an additional node to improve WiFi coverage in my house but all devices still connect to the main hub, even when signal is weak. Everything is working as it should, blue lights on both nodes. I’m struggling to find support to help me overcome this problem

@The_DigitalView Good afternoon. You can rent the mesh system we offer, or buy a mesh system yourself to increase the wi-fi range, which is the type of wi-fi extender we recommend. If it's one or two rooms that need better coverage, something like a powerline adapter may be more suitable.

@theTRUESPEED your engineers have ruined the outside of my house and I don’t even have you! My neighbours did and your staff have been lazy following complaints the wire dangled over our windows. I need a manager to speak to to put my house right after a bodged job by your staff

@theTRUESPEED Do you really not have support numbers out of hours ? With the importance of the internet, why can't we contact support on a Sunday, or out of hours when we have an outage. like I do now ? Also why is there no basic.. "current service status page".. ? Shocking !

@theTRUESPEED made the switch from UW to TrueSpeed last. Since being connected we have had multiple drop outs every day! Obviously everything we use relies on WiFi but most importantly we a WiFi baby monitor.. We can not have an unreliable internet connection!
