@The_Globe is there a way round the glitch not allowing me to make an account, as it says my password doesn’t meet the criteria (when it does)? I’ve tried different email addresses and have 6 tickets in my basket - I’ve also tried on my phone instead of laptop and neither work

Hey @The_Globe I bought a batch of tickets and one set was a gift for a friend for the upcoming merry wives on Monday - when do tickets usually get sent so I can pass them on?

@irresponsabelle Yes you can! Babes in arms (and slings) are welcome at all performances in the Globe, and anyone under the age of three doesn’t need a ticket 😊 More info here: shakespearesglobe.com/visit/families/

@The_Globe I have an unused gift voucher but saved the receipt of the show we saw and not the voucher. Is there anything I can do please. We had wanted to use it this season.

@shakebadguys Hi there! The play is still in rehearsals so we can't give a precise running time yet, but we would expect it to be under 3 hours, including a 20-minute interval
