ICYMI: DeFi OG Balancer Labs is shutting down🌆 The decision stems from the Nov. 3 exploit affecting Balancer v2 pools, draining $128 million. Co-founder Fernando Martinelli said maintaining BLabs is a liability, with no real source of revenue. However, Balancer Protocol (@Balancer) will continue running, possibly after restructuring to make it more "lean" "The protocol is still generating real revenue," Martinelli said. "What failed was not the technology. What failed was the economic model wrapped around it."
