On September 6th, we formally issued a notification to Thomas Jay Cobain, detailing numerous breaches of the contract. To date, we have not received a response from him. While we remain committed to addressing these breaches through the proper legal channels, our priority is focused on conducting business with integrity and professionalism. We will not be drawn into unnecessary distractions, gossip, or unfounded discussions. Our attention is directed toward maintaining the best interests of our business and stakeholders, ensuring that we continue to operate at the highest standards. We look forward to resolving these matters appropriately and remain committed to the continued success of our business.

MetaQuotes, the developers of MT4 and MT5, do not permit proprietary firm clients to use their software. Despite multiple attempts, including trying to use our broker server, we have received numerous notices from them prohibiting this usage. As a company, we prioritize offering our traders reliable software that safeguards their trading data. We aim to avoid any risks associated with unreliable platforms, which could lead to data loss or the need for inconvenient migrations to other systems.

@TheForexFunder Tradelocker still better with the problem, but I thought the Axe was an existing Broker in the market before why can't they have metaquote MT5 licence?
