@TheGautrain Gautrain is a scam they're too quick to take money out of customers accounts but to return it they'll take ages to refund. Been waiting for a refund from the 05th April 2026 till now it's being escalated.

Gautrain security teams operate within our stations and immediate precincts, while public roads fall under local law enforcement. We are actively engaging with authorities on these concerns and encourage passengers to report any incidents.

@TheGautrain No!!! You need to be doing more to stop the intimidation by the meter taxi drivers. Why are you allowing them( that I have never been a user of) to hang around your stations without any justification? Why are you not allowing the e-hailing the same privileges?

@TheGautrain not sure why you guys can’t do anything to ensure the safety of your passengers in an and around Gautrain Stations. I was accosted by a meter taxi driver in Hatfield to get out of my booked Uber black vehicle to use his taxi! really!!!
