@Bell_MTSHelps is there no tech support over night? My internet frequently slows down to 50mb or stops completely. I need this working 24/7. Security depends on it. Shaw has overnight support.

@AirCanada everytime there is a low number of flyers on flights you keep cancelling due to "Mechanical Issues." Please stop trying to only fly full flights and making people shift their lives around so you can save money.
