Bore Da! Today’s workout is a 4/5 minute BODY BURN. It aims to give heart&lungs, upper body,legs and core all a good workout. It mixes up static holds with powerful movement. Easy to repeat after a minutes rest if you have the energy. Different so let us know your thoughts. 💙💙
