If only, the effort/consistency of Xerri week in week out rubbed off on his teammates, we’d be a relevant Football Club again. I wouldn’t give Luke Parker more than 50% game time this year. Short bursts. Limited to zero midfield minutes.

Dropped marks, fumbles and errant disposal was just pre season rust, yeah? Didn’t really see any change from our 2025 version, but it’s just a scratch match. Good to get the win, purely for morale. Xerri is far and away our most important player. Smashed them at clearance. Coughed up close to 100 pts conceding just 46 I50’s. They were super efficient but God we’re shaky back there.

@BennyFalz16 Maybe, but I don’t think he gets a game at any other club in the comp. I see him as a handy depth player. We desperately need Dawson to come on.
