The @welchchem did an #amazing job building conceptual understanding with her AP Chemistry students today with these Snatoms. She & her students knocked this lesson out of the park! @MrBradyFlores

Broke out my Snatoms for the first time! AP used them to compete tasks related to LR/ER particle diagrams. Lots of good convos when they created H2 when there was none in the given reaction! Thank you @HumbleISD_FDN My Ss really enjoyed these magnetic models!! @HumbleISD_KHS

All of the new #BoxesOfFun are made from my @HumbleISD_KHS Annual Fund Grant.We got 24 new boxes full of materials for students to create models to help demonstrate their understanding of Science concepts!Biology has already planned for them to be used in their first unit! Wahoo!

Adv Chem Ss were given 25 rxns to sort, depending on any pattern they could find. Then they were given an article about chem rxn types and asked to make adjustments to their groupings. Many were surprised how “right” they were! They used the article to make notes @HumbleISD_KHS
