Never quiet found the words to describe the anxiety I struggle with but this tweet are the words I have been looking for… it doesn’t come in response to events it is there waiting for the events.. and I wait for events to justify the anxiety I live with…

@TheLMentalHP The hardest lesson to learn is to just let it be because wow do I feel the need to be able to control it and fix it so that I don’t add to the anxiety by worrying that people will view me as a basket case…

@Theothatsme Always trying to look for what triggered it. Wondering why am I anxious? What caused this? Sometimes anxiety is just is and that really really sucks. Also learning to just let it be. No more fighting.
