If you haven’t interacted with somebody in a couple of years… You may not really know who they are… because the best people grow and change! Hold onto your old observations… And you are wrong.

I try to make an effort to support what my friends are doing… and show up. And it’s disappointing when you hear behind your back of a friend not supporting something that you’re doing.

Connection always wins. Not charisma, not hustle, not the perfect tool. Trust wins, and trust is built person by person

You can give a lot to others in your circle- and even when you are in need… They won’t help you back… But don’t stop giving.

@SouthwestAir - I had been a list for many many years… I missed it by one flight last year… But that’s OK because why would I fly you now that everything is the same as every other airline? I wish you had kept open seating and free bags.
