6 out of 18 glioblastoma (brain cancer) patients maintained a low GKI for 6+ months. All 6 lived at least 33 months. At the time the study was published, 1 of them was still alive 84 months after diagnosis. Of the 12 who did not maintain a low GKI, just 1 lived more than 30 months. Our recent paper provides the missing piece to Otto Warburg's central theory that cancer is a mitochondrial metabolic disease. We now know how to kill the beast without toxicity. tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.10…

There are some hospitals now opening "medicine for cancer survivors," because there are patients experiencing a new realm of health issues as a result of surviving these horrific, toxic treatments. However, with metabolic therapy we can manage cancer without toxicity.

Cancer patients, or anybody for that matter, can calculate their GKI by measuring their blood/glucose level (in millimolar) and dividing it by their blood/ketone level (in millimolar).

President Biden’s desire to reduce cancer deaths will come once cancer becomes recognized as a mitochondrial metabolic disorder (doi.org/10.3390/metabo…).

Press Pulse Protocol, which you can read about in our paper (link tweeted earlier this week), calls for cancer patients to reduce glucose and elevate ketones. This intervention initiates numerous anti-cancer benefits.

All major cancers have damaged mitochondria, preventing them from sufficiently converting oxygen into energy. Instead, cancer cells ferment glucose and glutamine, which acidifies the micro environment around the tumor. This acidity reduces efficacy of common cancer therapies

Please read Travis Christofferson’s memoriam to Dr. Richard Veech, a giant in the field of biochemistry. Dr. Veech discovered the mechanism by which ketone bodies enhance mitochondrial energy metabolism and reduce chronic diseases. @travischristofferson/richard-bud-veech-the-unknown-scientist-behind-the-ketogenic-diet-craze-dies-at-84-ff1f7c9b91ea" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">medium.com/@travischristo

Billions spent on novel gene-targeting cancer drugs provide a chance to live only 2.4-months longer! Here is the study: doi:10.1001/jamanetworkopen.2020.24406. This abysmal situation will change once cancer becomes recognized as a metabolic disease and not a genetic disease.

Top scientists on this panel--agreeing saturated fats have no effect on cardiovascular/total mortality, and time to drop the limits on them. Problem is that 70+ yrs. of sat-fat caps are enshrined/entombed in regulation--must be undone. nutritioncoalition.us/news/saturated…
