@UnraveledTours Hi! 👋 Hope this helps: there will be VIP tickets available during all Amex Presales hosted on Ticketmaster. Each venue builds their own shows to be sold on the Ticketmaster platform and the differences on our site reflect that.

More information on the Amex presale! If you want to know what kind of tickets are sold at the presale make sure to click on the date you are planning to attend. The tickets may vary. Some cities will not be able to purchase VIP packages through the Amex presale. Here’s an exemple of 2 different city. They both have different ticket availability.

Hey 👋 Just wanted to share the below in case it helps to clear up any confusion! The highlighted text in your screenshot is only for Amex Preferred Tickets™. In order to unlock that inventory and make your purchase, you’ll need to enter the 10-digit 800 number on the back of your eligible Amex Card. Amex Presale Tickets® don’t require codes – you just need to checkout with an eligible Amex Card.

Ticketmaster says you will need to enter a 10-digit phone number on the back of the card to get into the Amex presale. It’s not your phone number. They do not provide this immediately when you sign up

@riskifoId These are tickets we recovered from bad actors who were targeting the lowest-priced inventory. We’re not picking which tickets get released. When we find evidence that buyers broke the rules of the sale, we act to get those tickets back to fans.

btw ticketmaster is still going to hell for not releasing any of the resale lowerbowl and pit tickets

@hahapeepoo @oliviarodrigo Hi, good question! 👋 Make sure that your billing info directly matches your account info on Ticketmaster. Mismatched info may cause errors.

@miclynmor @Harry_Styles Hi! 👋 Good question. State laws in New York don't allow us to protect capped resale ticket prices so tickets would continue to sell at higher prices on other marketplaces. We’re hopeful future legislation will change that.

@mmithonvinyI @Harry_Styles Hi! 👋 If your request can be fulfilled, you will get a second email notifying you of ticket details by Fri, May 8th and your credit card will be charged for the total order. All sales are final, and refunds and exchanges won’t be available. Hope this helps!

Hey @Ticketmaster. Totally cool if you ask me to reset my password every now and then. What’s VERY annoying is when you make me reset a password…and then make me reset it AGAIN the next morning. 👎👎 Fix your password timing algorithm. @saumil

@shellyjerzygirl @Harry_Styles Hang tight! Sometimes emails take a bit longer to reach your inbox. Give it some time (and don’t forget to check your spam/junk folders too). You can still review the status of your requested tickets anytime by returning to the “My Request” page.
