@Tim_Milts I know you have kids (though probably not that young anymore) from your previous partner, so I’m guessing you & Mel took the youngest. I’m sure he’s great, but the hamster poops and eats less 😂😂

Here’s a tip though for anyone wanting to swim in the sea at Minehead. Just don’t with all the shit washing up from it 🤮

52 years old and I have just received the diagnosis. Sad to think what my life could have been if I had got the diagnosis earlier. I have BPD and now ADHD and a possible diagnosis of autism. My MH nurse is brilliant she had picked all this up and put the referral though

@Tim_Milts It has but it is bitter sweet. I do feel relief and validated that ADHD is how I am. air has been a draining process but I would recommend for anyone to go down the “Right to Choose” route with your GP
