Truth be told. I had a love-hate relationship for the game. When you dedicate your time, energy and effort to something and it becomes your identity… It’s hard to move on from it.

The game alone is not enough. It’s the people within it leading the program, donating time, contributing funds and resources, and every support person providing good energy and love.

Sometimes it’s hard to explain what I really do. I’m in the sports industry, but the purpose has never been about the sport. It’s about the people. The Young Kings and Queens.
