I just built a Brand Operating System inside Claude Cowork 🤯 A connected system of files that every skill automatically reads from, so your hook writer, brief generator, and script writer all speak in your exact brand voice. All inside Claude Cowork. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies tired of generic AI output that sounds like every other brand in their category. If you're opening a new Claude chat and re-explaining your brand, re-pasting your voice guidelines, and re-describing your customers every single time, a Brand OS fixes the entire loop: → Build 3 foundation files once per brand → Every skill you create reads from the Brand OS automatically → Hook writer pulls your voice + customer pain points → Brief generator pulls your positioning + angles → Script writer pulls the brief + brand DNA → Every output is calibrated to your brand on the first pass No re-briefing Claude on every chat. No editing for an hour to fix generic AI phrasing. No creative that sounds like it could belong to any brand. What you get in the playbook: → The exact Brand OS file structure I use → Templates for all 3 files you can fill in for any brand → The architecture that makes every Claude skill 10x sharper → The exact setup for agencies running a Brand OS per client For agencies: this is how you build a perfect, reusable knowledge base for every client on your roster. Set up the Brand OS once per client, and every campaign after that is already calibrated. I put together a full playbook with the file templates, the architecture, and the exact setup process so you can build your own Brand OS for your brand or your clients. I just built a Claude Code skill that ships 50 static ad concepts to my desktop every morning 🤯 Feed it your reviews, your winning ads, and your top comments → it studies what's working → generates 50 fresh static ad concepts in your brand voice while you sleep. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still briefing designers, waiting 3 days for 4 mediocre options, and burning hours in Canva trying to keep up with creative volume. If you're running Meta Ads in 2026, you already know the math — the brands that win aren't the ones with the best single ad, they're the ones testing 20-50 new concepts per week. Most teams ship 5 if they're lucky. This skill solves it: → Drop in your customer reviews, top comments, and winning ad screenshots → The skill studies what hooks, angles, and pain points are actually converting → Pulls from a library of 15 proven DR templates (us vs them, stat callouts, review cards, testimonial stacks, headline ads) → Writes 50 new concepts in your brand voice every morning on a schedule → Fires the prompts to Nano Banana 2 for finished images → Drops everything into a dated folder on your desktop, ready to upload to your CBO No briefing designers. No 3-day turnarounds. No starting from scratch every Monday. What you get: - 50 fresh static ad concepts every single morning - Concepts grounded in your real customer language and winning ads - 15 proven DR templates baked in, customized to your brand - Scheduled to run while you sleep — wake up, pick winners, upload - One skill file you install once and use forever Built 100% in Claude Code. I put together a full playbook with the skill file, the 15 templates, and the exact setup to get this running on a schedule. Claude Cowork + Meta Ads is absolutely wild 🤯 I built an AI creative system that does what most ad teams can't. Every AI model I tested fell flat on ad creative. Generic hooks, surface-level angles, zero understanding of what actually converts on Meta. Then I got inside Claude Cowork. 12 hours later I had a full system dialed in for paid social creative. Here's what it does: → Analyzes your best ads and tells you exactly why they're winning → Generates fresh angles segmented by buyer awareness level → Writes first lines engineered to stop the scroll on Meta → Builds execution-ready briefs your creative team can run with immediately → Flags when your current ads are going stale and suggests pivots All inside one Claude Cowork workspace. No plugins. No extra tools. Here's who this is for: Brands spending $50K-$500K/month on Meta who are stuck in the same cycle: -> Your creative team keeps testing random ideas -> Your winners eventually die and the replacement process is slow -> Nobody can produce volume fast enough to keep up with the algorithm This system turns a week of creative strategy into a single afternoon. I packaged the whole thing into 50 ready-to-use prompts across 5 categories: -> Winning Ad Analysis -> Angle Generation -> Scroll-Stop Hooks -> Creative Brief Builder -> Ad Refresh & Fatigue Prevention Copy, paste, run. Robthebank directly exposing my business👇🏼 (31 seconds in) Little does he know... this is not a monster content team. it's a couple guys using a local AI software suite. even the top guys in the ecom space, asking "how do you post 40,000 tiktoks per month" Production 👉🏼 MassUGC Distribution 👉🏼 MassContent thousands of slideshows, talking heads, and transformation posts. all researched, scripted, generated, and fully edited, by a local AI Agent. oh, and it's not 30-50 posts per day. it's thousands. i like that term though, Rob, "THE DARK FUNNEL" like, rt + comment "DARK" for the 2026 mass content factory playbook.

We’re now generating 350+ videos/hour. Think Sora-style fidelity, but built for performance marketing. - UGC costs? $0 - Production time? 0 mins - Scale? 10× overnight This isn’t hype. It’s live—campaigns are running right now. Follow, comment “AI”, and I’ll DM the playbook. (must be following)

Team member: “So how was your weekend?” I blanked… “Good” I said. Few mins later, it struck me that I: - hosted a house warming - did wakeboard at sunset - dinner with 7 & 8 fig entrepreneurs - met @tailopez at mastermind - attended TikTok Awards Ceremony Things happen so fast it’s hard to compute… Thought I’d write this tweet to help me remember!

Many entrepreneurs have challenging personal lives. And there is a reason for that. Their schedule looks like this: Wake up Get ready for the day 12+ hours of demanding work Rushed dinner and little time with family Disturbed sleep. Rinse and repeat the next day Monotonous. Imbalanced. Unsustainable. This leads to stress. A lot of it. Entrepreneurs are not meant to work like this. They need room to think, create and build. Reorganize your priorities. Life/work balance. Not the other way around.

Being confident as a business owner inspires your team. Embracing this mindset boosted my business a lot. Once we successfully cross a business hurdle, no matter how big, we tend to consider it as ordinary. But what may seem ordinary to us can be super tough for others. It's not about showing off your confidence. It's about showcasing it in a meaningful, relatable manner. Projecting your business and achievements in a self-assured manner makes you an authority, which in turn brings more business. Isn't that how confidence should work? So never forget this: Every ounce of self-assurance in your business, regardless of its size, has significance in the right business context. Discover that business context. There’s value in your work. Embrace it.

7 streams of income is a scam. There, I said it. Sure, you can diversify AFTER getting rich. But no one got rich doing 10 things together. Focus shapes exceptional trajectories. Focus helps in compounding. Focus differentiates you. The ability to keep your main thing the ‘main thing’ will make you more money than you can imagine. Keep going. You know everything you need to. They think of it as one complete action. When in reality, it is many small things combined. Over time. So stop looking for 'overnight success' And start to focus on the right levers for business growth. > Clarity > Strategic Partnerships > Effective Communication > Business Branding And many more... This week, let’s stop thinking like a machine and start unlocking growth as a business. Repost ♻️ if you think more entrepreneurs should realize this

How to find your business trajectory: See, I get it. Building a business can be a daunting task. But here's the thing - If you don't even know WHERE you're headed with your business, how can you possibly expect to get there? This is why you need to have a clear business destination in mind before you even start your entrepreneurial journey. I say this now, but the truth is: I was in the same spot a few years ago. No idea what I was doing and what goal I was chasing. So, take some time to reflect on what you truly want out of your business. What makes your business thrive? What are your passions as an entrepreneur? Once you've identified your business destination, you can start taking steps toward it. It won't be easy, but I promise you, it will be worth it. Here are 3 ways to gain clarity in building a business and find what you want. Reflect on your business values Take some time to identify the values that are most important to your business. What drives your business? What is your business’s core value? Profit? Innovation? Being a market leader? Be as clear as possible. Once you clearly understand your business values, you can start aligning your business goals and actions with them. Explore your business interests Make a list of the things that bring joy and fulfilment to you. What aspects of your business make you lose track of time? Exploring your business interests can help you uncover your business passions and identify strategies that align with them. Get your business out of its comfort zone (and yourself too!) Sometimes gaining clarity in building a business is about leaping forward. Explore new business experiences, even if they seem intimidating at first. This can help you discover new passions and strengths that you may not have otherwise uncovered. Feel free to ask any business-related questions you have in the comments below 👇🏻

Entrepreneurial experts love talking about the hustle and the business culture. Insisting that you work relentlessly your way to success. But here's the truth: A lot of their success comes from stopping, thinking, and refining their business strategies. Correcting your mistake isn't stupidity; it's wisdom. Working is essential, yes. But so is stepping back to think. You don't have to follow a business approach that doesn't work. Instead, stop, go back, find a new strategy, and then continue. And start asking yourself, "What is it that I know is wrong but I'm doing anyway?

"It is what it is.” This is the response most entrepreneurs give when someone asks them about the growth of their business. That means they don't think they have ANY control over it. And that it may take 'years' just like they saw with others. But that is not true. Business growth is not a timer that goes off every 2-3 years, and voila! your business is now thriving. Also, it doesn't matter “how much” you work. Your business won’t “grow itself”. But being visible to the right people, learning and implementing the right things, and delivering high-quality products or services does. You'll never achieve your desired business growth... by just working. Instead, choose to show up and get the work done, identify bottlenecks and start solving them. That increases your market value, and people treat your business differently. P.S. Are you also struggling to get recognition for your business?

Zoom out. To be in the top 1% in the creator economy you need: • $100 a week in income • To post at least 5x a week • At least 1,000 newsletter subscribers The bar to be top in your niche is still incredibly low.

Everyone wants to build a big business. And here's some news: The secret to real growth in entrepreneurship is not in running the business show the best. Instead, when you're the mentor on someone else's entrepreneurial journey… That's how you become a top 1% entrepreneur. So, just start. Stop reading about it, stop looking for blogs about it, stop watching YouTube videos about it, and stop asking your friends and family if they think it's a good idea. Just take what you're learning now and start guiding entrepreneurs behind you about it: Effective business strategies Strategic planning Team development Decision-making Vision setting Anything you consider yourself good at, teach it. If you find those entrepreneurs 2-3 years behind you, bring them along, and help them avoid significant pitfalls. You'll have business allies for life. (and probably some really great collaborators too)

I don't care about squeezing every last drop of time out of my day. I don't care about achieving "peak productivity" like a machine. I'm not interested in squandering my time on unproductive tasks. I'm interested in the pursuit of purpose: building a thriving business, assisting entrepreneurs in their success and impact, and striving to leave my community (and the world) better than I found it. That's what I'm all about. That's what entrepreneurship is all about. Massive outputs. Maximum efficiency.
