Every day we wait, they suffer. Right now, there are kids praying for a rescue—for someone to step up, step in, and do something.  Are we actually going to protect these kids from further exploitation, or are we just going to keep talking about it?

Talent is a gift. Excellence is a choice. God gave you the gift. The excellence is on you. Every day you decide what to do with what you were given. The question isn't whether you're talented. The question is whether you're choosing excellence with what you've been given.

Be the person in someone's life who refuses to let them settle. Think about the person in your life who believed in you before you believed in yourself. Who pushed you when you wanted to quit. Who refused to let you play small. Now ask yourself — am I being that person for someone else? Someone around you needs that right now.

I'll be honest, I've spent a lot of time trying to figure out my life. Mapping it out. Planning the next move. Trying to make sense of my circumstances when things didn't go as planned. But here's what God has been teaching me, there's a difference between asking what's next and asking what does God want. And those are very different questions. Your uncertainty isn't a dead end. It's an invitation. An invitation to stop white-knuckling your own plan and trust that His purpose is bigger than anything you could map out on your own. So let me ask you, are you more focused on your circumstances or your Savior?

“Atta boy.” That’s the phrase my dad longed to hear whenever God would welcome him home. I believe he heard it loud and clear after decades of serving so faithfully. Which do you lean toward — confidence or humility? Most of us default to one or the other. Some of us shrink back when we should speak up. Some of us push forward when we should stop and listen. Neither extreme serves the people around us well. The goal isn't to pick one, it's to grow in both. Which one do you need to work on?

Heaven ushered in a hero of the faith last night as my Dad was welcomed home! Many will say sorry for your loss but the truth is he’s not lost, we know exactly where he is. He’s home. Forever! I asked him last week what he looked forward to most about Heaven, and he simply said, “Jesus.” He couldn’t wait to see Jesus face to face. Praise God that his wait is over. Death has been swallowed up in victory. He’s healed and whole now. So we don’t mourn as those with no hope. See you soon Dad!

Can I tell you something I really need you to hear? Before your first mistake. Before you ever felt like you weren't enough. God already wrote your story. And yet we walk around calling ourselves a mess. Defined by our failures. Convinced we're too broken. But you are His masterpiece — not because of anything you've done, but because of what He did. God doesn't make mistakes. You are proof.

God can speak through anyone in the room. I've been in rooms with some incredibly talented and experienced people in my life. And some of the most powerful moments I've witnessed didn't come from the most impressive resume in the room. They came from someone who almost didn't speak up. A bad attitude is a choice. Hard circumstances aren't always in your control. How you respond to them always is. I've been in situations where a bad attitude would have been completely understandable and I've learned that it never makes the situation better. It only makes it harder for the people around you. Choose differently today.

Comparison is something I've had to fight hard. And for a long time I didn't even realize what I was really doing. Every time I looked at someone else's life, their team, their title, their success, I was quietly telling God He made a mistake with mine. But here's what I've learned: you cannot be grateful and comparing at the same time. I believe they cannot coexist. So today I want to challenge you — stop auditing someone else's blessing. You have more influence than you think. Are you stewarding it? Most people are waiting for a bigger platform before they start being intentional about their influence. But the truth is you already have one. In your home, your workplace, your relationships. The question was never whether you have influence. It's whether you're being a good steward of what you've already been given.

What are you willing to give up to become who God made you to be? God has a version of you that is so much greater than the one fear and comfort have kept you from becoming. But getting there requires letting some things go. The question is, are you willing?

The things worth having will always cost you something. The things God has placed on your heart will rarely come without a cost. But I've learned that the harder the journey, the clearer His hand in it.
