It's a recreation of the River Lodge period of the Pee Dee tribe in South Carolina, I spent time with some of the elders as a child and learned their stories. They existed along the SE Appalachian mountains down to the coast before the spanish pirates arrived and they pulled back to the mountains for defense. They had a natural wealth and balance of agriculture of squash, beans, maize and game that allowed them to trade with the rest of the nations and not be bothered with war as much as some of the other nations before the destruction of the Indians began. The rest of the world, jealous of the wealth of their unspoiled lands systematically raped the land to extract very little vs. the bounty it could provide forever if treated properly. The true history of the planet across the lands was destroyed to keep us confused and subjugated to the church and kings, just like it is today with different titles like congress and president... it happens with every culture and conquest...the truth is always buried for the next ones to try and discover it in the next age.
