This week we kicked off our 3rd Annual Summer Sneaker Drive. We are working with area basketball camps and have a public donation box in the lobby of the Perinton Recreation Center (@PerintonRec). All donations will benefit people in our local community.

Two years ago today, Officer Anthony Mazurkiewicz was tragically murdered in the line of duty. We must never forget Maz or any of the other Officers who have died while protecting our city from those that bring evil. RIP Maz EOW 7.21.22.

We recognized the contributions of local businesses and organizations that supported the skatepark project. The Fairport Foundation, led the private fundraising efforts. Key sponsors include ESL, Fairport Perinton Merchants Association, & McCarthy Tents & Events among others.

The project also includes several enhancements to Perinton Park, such as: 🅿️ An expanded parking lot 👟 An enhanced pedestrian entrance from 31F ♿️ New ADA-compliant sidewalks 🔆 Additional lighting 🌳 Landscaping ☀️A shade structure, benches, & picnic tables
