@Tractive can we please talk about WHY your interface and layout changed to absolutely ugly and useless? You should have left it alone when it was perfect!!!! Please change it back and fire whoever made this new change. It's AWFUL!!! Don't let them touch anything design.

@Tractive I can’t find a contact number to speak to an actual human representative. I’ve been trying to activate my tracker ( replacement for whistle) and it has been impossible. Can you please assist? I use the Tractive app for my other dog and up until now have been happy.

@Tractive It doesn't look like you monitor your X account, but I'm going to try this first. We bought Tractive last December and have been having trouble with the charge and false alerts. It regularly falsely alerts us that our dog is in the neighbor's pool when he is inside our house. How can we resolve these issues?

@Tractive People who are trusting these collars be careful, especially on cats .. My cat has been missing with one on and the battery was full ! Missing 4 months reported stolen! Subscription doesn't expire till next year! Tractive not interested! Beware ⚠️

Wow @Tractive im sorry but VERY disapointed in your product. My Whistle tracked behavors like licking, eating & scratching; the unit does NOT attach as securely as the Whistle did & it's MASSIVE. App doesnt assume if my phone & pet are close we are walking. Could go on #DONOTBUY

@Jolo20221 Hi there! We only recommend using the LIVE feature when you need to pinpoint your pet's exact location as it consumes more battery than default tracking. A Power Saving Zone will also help extend the battery life so give this feature a try if you haven't already!🐾

@Tractive Erste Test haben ergeben, dass tractive cat mini ganz 2 Stunden hält, wenn man "LIVE" als Modus wählt. Das ist unbrauchbar.

@Tractive why does my tracker always say my dog is in the safe zone when he is not? I am beyond frustrated. This is the second time he’s taken off and the second time it’s done the exact same thing. This is a useless device.

@Tractive, I submitted a claim to receive a new tracker because my cat came back with no collar; however, we found it in the garden a few hours later. Can I cancel the claim since it's already been approved?
