Highway, or housing? We are spending nearly 2 billion to rebuild a highway only 3% of the population uses. On this land, we could build a new waterfront neighbourhood with 8000 new homes. Let’s stop throwing good money after bad and cancel this boondoggle. theglobeandmail.com/canada/toronto…
