@sachsmo @AmericanAir Thanks. it ruined a vacation, my wife and daughter were in tears. It was an easy thing for them to fix. Turns out the guy at the gate had a reputation for horrible hospitality. @AmericanAir never made it right, that’s why I go out of my way to not fly and to talk sh.. about them

I just can’t. @AmericanAir continues to mess with my travel & their agents are unable to do anything to help. Just changed my flight - like put me on an entirely new flight - with no explanation, changed my aisle seats to middle seats in the last row & made me call for more info.
