@TruGreen Just bought and alreadt having one of the worst first experiences ever and I haven't even had first service yet.The app is giving an eta of 1AM - 6pm!!I took time off, its already 6:00pm and noone has come. Online chats are glitchy, noone responds timely and there is no contact.

@TruGreen your technician came out last week to treat my lawn and ended up killing portion of my lawn where the wheels rolled thru my grass & where his feet stepped. I called your customer service and they will not refund my treatment but will have someone come look at. Really?

Genuine question but do some people have trouble being rude to strangers? You don't owe salespeople your attention.
We get solicited all the time, whether it's at Costco or our house, and I just say "nah I'm good thanks" and walk away or shut the door.
You can also straight up lie to them. "I don't have a cell phone", "we don't watch tv in this house", "give me a minute to send the kids inside and we can chat", "my father in law already takes care of the lawn", "I'm already a jehovah's witness".

Just passed a friend in her driveway holding her toddler, baby in a stroller, getting cornered by a door-to-door salesman she clearly didn’t want to talk to. I called out, “Hey, is now a good time?” walked right up, stepped between them, and started talking to her about what I needed to bring for dinner on Sunday. (We do not have dinner plans.) He didn’t take the hint, so I turned and said, “Have a good one.” Then I walked her inside. She was shaking. He’d been there for 20 minutes, ignoring her saying she wasn’t interested and that she needed to feed her baby. Really glad I happened to be walking by.

@TruGreen My Trugreen pro just told me spring is over and summer is here so they can’t overseed my yard despite many bare spots. It’s still March! My yard is significantly worse than when I started service around two years ago. This company is a joke.

@TruGreen must have gotten my info from the dark web because they have been sending me 5-7 spam emails a day. They use a bunch of 3rd party email addresses do you can't block them either. So I'm sending the spam back to their customer service.
