On Tuesday 9.30am outside Stockwell Station, London to commemorate Jean Charles de Menezes, accused of being a terrorist, murdered by British armed police over mistaken identity. Keir Starmer as Director of Public Prosecutions was responsible for the officers not being prosecuted
