The University of Michigan is aware of a security incident affecting Canvas across all U-M campuses. Campus notifications have been sent to Canvas users across the university, and user access to Canvas has been temporarily removed while the issue is investigated.

Instructure, the parent company of the Canvas Learning Management System, has informed ITS that the University of Michigan was among the organizations whose data was breached in this vendor-related incident. This affects all units that use Canvas. myumi.ch/7Jj75
