Either cursor gets acquired or they will get to the top coding tool. I use Claude because it’s cheaper but working with cursor is just so much better. Contex - tooling, … just top notch.
Once Claude gets more expensive many will switch.
Biggest issue for me is when I use Claude in my cmd and it crashes - it forgets everything instant - no logs, nowhere to look up stuff we just did last session. So you basically have two options either you let it scan your last commits/branch so it knows where you stopped or explain everything from scratch.
Big turn off - today it happened two times for me.
