@UoLondon do you people actually answer your phones?!? Your enquiry page is a joke and there is literally no way of contacting you. Please answer your phones or have SOME way of contacting you. This is a farce.

@UoLondon I've replied to the transcripts' office and given all of the information they have requested and have not heard from them in multiple weeks. This seems to be the only way I can get in touch with someone and it be effective.... can you please help me again? Thank you.

@UoLondon I had requested for transcript and letter of completion few weeks ago. I have also made the payment. I need them urgently. I have tried to raise enquiries but I havent received any answer. I also requested for a digital copy but they rejected my request.
