exactly my thoughts lel and this doesn't affect only trump, it affects the whole republican party too down the road which includes the next presidential election which is why i've been saying the longer this war drags on, the more america stands to lose

The battle traders face in slow markets. When activity dries up, your usual edges stop showing up. The setups you're good at either aren't there or don't pay the same. That leaves you with 1 decision, 2 sides. Chase what's working. Learn the new games, new narratives, new ecosystems, different styles of trading. Sounds productive. But in reality, ego keeps most in denial and by the time they finally submit to the new game, they're already late. Others have reps you don't, and your edge doesn't transfer cleanly. You're competing on someone else's field with less experience. Or sit out and use the time to work on your weaknesses. Go back through your past trades, find where you leaked and refine your core edge. Wait for conditions where that edge actually applies. Feels like doing nothing. Usually higher ROI. The exception is if you have a genuinely generalisable skillset one you've proven can adapt across regimes. Something like momentum reading at the market level. But even then the game is different: go hard early when the move is clean and don't get chopped up chasing it into decay. That's a skill in itself and most people don't have it. The tension is that doing nothing feels wrong so most people default to action. They convince themselves they're adapting when they're really just forcing trades in environments where they have no edge. You don't need to win in every regime. You need to recognise when your skillset is out of sync, avoid bleeding during those periods, and be ready when conditions shift back. Most damage happens in low-activity environments, not high ones. Not because there's no opportunity but because traders start playing games they're not built for.

trenches are extremely dry atm, it is telling when so many people are trying to push a low mcap coin and it can't even go pass 1m or even 500k mcap i'm not even looking at whats the new shiny thing or what people are chasing/pushing as i don't want to chop myself up using this time to touch grass, catch up on my shows, play games, meet up with friends and enjoy irl until market improves

claimed $150 worth of $altt this week i got a bang for my buck with it being at 2.4m mcap idk but i think its a mistake to be capitulating $altt even when markets are down i'm not fading ser @Altcoinist

trump knows given the current circumstances the only way for him to get any support for midterms is to not let the market crash he can't just wind down operations in the middle east just like that because he will look like a fool so the only way for him to dig himself out is to make the market happy (even if it means obvious lying) just sit on your hands and all these shall pass
