@ClaireMax In the same boat - I had to admit my “max” was lower when I watched my video and discovered I wasn’t at depth. In my case I had the safeties set too high (for prior high bar squats).

@ClaireMax My sculpted abs pictures have all been taken after I was sick. Even then I used select tungsten lighting, select angles, shadows, and poses to exaggerate my look.

Real talk: I spent YEARS obsessing over the photo on the left, freaking out every time i looked in the mirror and wasn’t that lean, or couldn’t see my abs (because i was gaining weight in order to gain muscle). I was clinically underweight. I’m now over 20lbs heavier.

@ClaireMax @GwenCinderkit Bimale here will endorse this comment. I'm on a one person mission against toxic male bullshit -even while I'm on a personal mission to eradiate my own. Even knowing what I know today it's hard to fix 50+ years of that upbringing.

@GwenCinderkit One of these comments was from a trans man. Trans men are men and are victims of a LOT of toxic masculinity too, as are queer men. toxic masculinity affects all men.

Whenever people go all “not all men” on me I like to point them to the FOLDER full of screenshots I have like this of comments men have made about me/my body. It’s always men. I have zero screenshots or recollection of comments like this from people who aren’t men.

@chiefindcnw Not my area and since I went to GMU Law my understanding of the constitution is weak. That said, courts are all subject to controlling rulings of which the pizza Supreme Court is well…the Supreme Court. Everyone has to follow them.

@Vicar But I'm serious. Is there a mechanism to counter the supreme court if they do something that is inherently illegal? Could the states declare them legally illegitimate? (non lawyer talk)

Is it possible that other courts in the country could ignore the Supreme Court based on their ignoring presidence? Didnt they just break the law themselves?
